Can you provide an assurance that the DLR extension to Woolwich is now being treated as a seperate project from the road river crossings and will not be held back by the controversy surrounding the other two crossings? Will there be a separate and more immediate consultation process on the DLR crossing, than that of the road crossings? Will there be a separate approach to the financing of the DLR extension? .

Will the slimming down of the LCN to a third of its previous length, lead to a reduction in the likelihood of cycling receiving enhanced funding in future years?
