Can the Mayor explain why road safety and enforcement of speeding does not appear to be part of the TfL Transport Policing Initiative? Will he guarantee that road safety will become a central part of the discussions between TfL and the MPS on this very postive initiative? .

Does the Mayor believe that the TfL budget has a correct balance between a growth in the money spent on developing major infrastructure projects and bus related initiatives, and the relatively small growth in resources for areas like walking, cycling, travel awareness and traffic reduction? .

What efforts have TfL taken to ensure that the hydrogen for the three Citaro fuel cell buses comes from London based sources of renewable energy? Does the Mayor share my concern that these trial buses should be seen to produce an overall reduction in Green House Gas Emmissions than other types of buses? Can the Mayor give me an assurance that a 'wellhead to wheel' calculation for GHG emissions will be made on any potential contract for refueling before it is signed, to ensure that this is the case? .
