    • Question by: Siân Berry
    • Meeting date: 19 January 2023
Thank you for your answer to my question 2021/1482. The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) does not separately disclose the level of fixed estate charge collected, either in its budget or its quarterly performance report. Could you explain this lack of transparency, and whether you agree that this information should be published to ensure scrutiny of whether residents are being fairly charged?

    • Meeting date: 17 November 2022
Thank you for your answer to my question 2022/2589 in which you said: “A complaints procedure is overseen by iChoosr. • Solar Together contractor Green Energy Together (3)

    • Reference: 2022/3927
    • Question by: Siân Berry
    • Meeting date: 17 November 2022
Thank you for your answer to my question 2022/2589 in which you said : “If a resolution cannot be reached, there is an escalation procedure through recognised consumer bodies REEC and HIES.” However, the REEC is actually the Renewable Energy Consumer Code ( www.recc.org.uk/ ) and Green Energy Together (GET-UK) is not listed as one of its members. Nor is GET-UK listed as a member of the HIES scheme. Could you therefore provide details of what consumer protection is actually available to Londoners who have contracted GET-UK to install solar panels and how to access it?

Constituents across London have complained to me about poor service by Green Energy Together (GET), which has a contract for your Solar Together scheme, citing a lack of response to phone calls and emails and lengthy waiting times for installations.
