With the new congestion charging regime now in place, there are concerns for the patients of the Western Eye Hospital on the Marylebone Rd. Patients are required to self-isolate prior to surgery, but also need to attend the hospital for a swab to test for COVID-19. There is no patient parking facility outside the congestion charge zone. Would it be possible for an exemption of congestion charging for their patients?
