    As the last Eurostar trains leave Waterloo station for St Pancras this month, have you or officers at Transport for London had discussions with Network Rail to learn what firm plans are in place to use the vacated platforms to urgently increase capacity on the South West Trains network? If not, please can you put pressure on Network Rail to come forward with these plans, and put the platforms in to use as soon as possible?
