I wanted to pick up first on Project Daedalus and then moving forward on that. Obviously in the detailed evaluation report that we have had it showed the reoffending rate for those leaving the Heron Unit was 53%, whereas the national reoffending rate was 70%, but that was only for the first cohort. I am wondering, are you going to be looking at the later cohorts to assess what their reoffending rate was - which would mean we probably would not get the final details until the end of next year?

I just want to pick up that with the big redevelopment of your training facilities up at Hendon, I was just wondering, there are huge challenges there I think over the next three years. I had wanted to ask the Commissioner about police stations following what Stephen had said about how he was going to look at reviewing potential closure of police stations and the Mayor confirmed a change to his front counters policy, to find out what work is going on. Still, even in what you have just described, you have not mentioned any interaction with the people on the ground ' the businesses ' at this stage. You are talking about consulting the boroughs and consulting other stakeholders. I would have thought that at this stage, you need the information from the people who are going to be looking for the contracts, and who are going to be producing it. Thank you. Clearly, work is being done, but I read in the Paralympic Games bid document that the catchment area for the Paralympics is 30 million people across much of southern England within a day trip of the Games. Therefore, what is going to be done about helping people with any kind of disability across that catchment area, particularly if they rely on mainline rail services? What plans are in place for that situation?
