The Economic Development Strategy's support of social firms is extremely welcome. However, none of the measures outlined in the strategy will make an impact on the sector in anything like the immediate future. We very much welcome the fact that we are finally going to get sight of this document on Tuesday. One of my major concerns in all this debacle has been for the boroughs. I was approached by several, including my own borough of Kingston, who are currently attempting to put together their own waste minimisation strategy. They have found it completely impossible to do so, with all the delays we have had. That is not the information I had, but I accept what you are saying. Will you now make sure that the boroughs are all fully aware of what is going on, and take their comments on board?
