Siân Berry AM: I want to ask David Bellamy a follow-up on a written question that I put to the Mayor in May when I asked about emergency decision-making during the crisis. In his response to 2015/0854 the Mayor called for high quality, segregated cycle lanes akin to the one running on Waterden Road to be replicated across the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Where and when can Londoners expect to see new cycle lanes of this type being rolled out in the near future?
