I have three quick points. Can we go back to earlier on about the labelling and the various boxes? Let us not deal with the 6,000-odd officers that you are looking at and analysing some of the issues that you said we wanted to be careful about taking decisions in relation to those. I just wanted to make one comment on the consultation programme. I am going to agree with Caroline that an hour per borough seems quite short. How are you going to demonstrate that you have listened to people, because obviously the real way that you can demonstrate that consultation is meaningful is by demonstrating that you have taken comments onboard? Are you going to allow room for change if after what is an extensive consultation you find that you do not have the support for the plan that you are obviously hoping to get?

Just to go back briefly, I have two questions if I may please, just to go back and follow up what Len just said about sector inspectors. The working group chair in Kensington and Chelsea recently wrote to us because they had nine sector inspectors over a very recent period of time. My point relates to the Local Policing Model and goes back to Safer Neighbourhood Teams, or should I say Area Teams for discussion. Really, on the rationale of amalgamating ward-based Safer Neighbourhood Teams, in the Crime and Policing Plan it will be the broad thrust of it, what consultation is going to take place at local level about deciding -- I think earlier you, Deputy Mayor, said, 'There might well be a single one in a town centre depending on crime levels', I am not sure if it was the Commissioner or you, 'or it might be a number coming...

I had a process question, which is one of the reasons I am on this earth, or indeed on this Committee. It is about the Police and Crime Plan. I was really taken aback by something you said, Mr Greenhalgh, which is about how are you going to reach hard-to-reach groups. Richard Tracey (AM): Boris, you have heard the discussion in John Biggs' question about the Stadium and indeed Dennis Hone told us at the Budget and Performance Committee that he believed it would be 2015 or 2016 before the Stadium could reopen. Can I ask you as the Chairman of the LLDC as well as the Mayor, will you set an objective of opening it before that point? I quite agree with John Biggs and the point has been made elsewhere. It would be a bit shameful if we could not reopen it before Rio has completely finished its Olympics.
