Please provide an annual breakdown of the number of mental health related callouts that the Metropolitan Police have responded to over the last five years.

Please see the below table which shows the number of Mental Health (MH) related call outs the police have responded to between January 2017 and December 2021 inclusive. This is a count of unique computer-aided dispatch (CAD) records with the opening code of 612 (Mental Health), with duplicates for the same incident having been removed.
