Extinction Rebellion 2021 protest arrests
How many people arrested as part of the 2021 Extinction Rebellion protests in London were: a) released under investigation, and b) remain under investigation?

Date: Monday 18 October 2021
There were 508 arrests in the 2 week period between 23/08/2021 and 05/09/2021 when Extinction Rebellion staged their “Impossible Rebellion”. Of these, 490 were released under investigation following their arrest, of whom 440 remain under investigation and 50 have been charged.
