Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information:
1. The current organisational structure chart for your Public Health department, including job titles and reporting lines.
2. The names of all staff at Public Health Consultant level and above within the Public Health team.
3. Where available, individual and team-level contact details such as email addresses or switchboard numbers.
If possible, please provide the information in PDF, Word, or Excel format.

The current GLA Public Health Unit structure chart is enclosed, which includes job titles and reporting lines together with our contact details.
Please note that names of members of staff are exempt from disclosure under s.40 (Personal information) of FoIA and are redacted. This information would identify specific employees and as such constitutes personal data which is defined by Article 4(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual. It is considered that disclosure of this information would contravene the first data protection principle under Article 5(1) of GDPR which states that Personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
