- Full copies of minutes from the London’s Child Obesity Taskforce, in an electronic format, covering the period 1st March 2018 to 28th February 2025.

- The full name and job title of all board members, along with their start date and resignation date (if applicable) in an electronic format, between 1st March 2018 to 28th February 2025.

- The full details of all members declarations of a potential conflict of interest, as listed on London’s Child Obesity Taskforce ‘register of interests’ forms, in an electronic format, between 1st March 2018 to 28th February 2025.

- The full names and job titles of any representative for a borough Council or school setting, in an electronic format, between March 2018 to 28th February 2025.

- The full details of any particular role or duty members were appointed and/or elected to in relation to the London Child Obesity Taskforce and carried out between 1st March 2018 to 28th February 2025.

Please find attached relevant information relating to the group as requested. Please note, the London Child Obesity Taskforce transitioned into the Mayor’s Advisory Group on Child Healthy Weight in 2022.

Please note that some names of members of staff are exempt from disclosure under s.40 (Personal information) of the Freedom of Information Act. This information would identify specific employees and as such constitutes as personal data which is defined by Article 4(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual. It is considered that disclosure of this information would contravene the first data protection principle under Article 5(1) of GDPR which states that Personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.

We can today confirm that the GLA only holds a ‘register of interests’ form for one member.
