Please inform me of the number of London Assembly Officials, including the Mayor, Deputy Mayors, Assembly Members, and other officials of the GLA, who have received offers of complimentary tickets and/or hospitality from the AELTC in the period 1 Jan 19 - 4 April 25. Please sub-divide your response into a. Offers accepted and b. Offers declined.

Response
You asked about the AELTC (All England Lawn Tennis Club).
I can confirm that the GLA holds information within the scope of your request.
We require members and staff to declare any gifts or hospitality that they receive above the value of £50, and the name of the person or entity that provided them.
Elected members and senior staff
For the Mayor, Deputy Mayors, London Assembly Members, and the most senior staff including the Mayoral team, this information is reported publicly on their profile pages. As such these records are exempt from release under the FOI Act. In accordance with section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act, we are not required to provide the requested information as it is readily available elsewhere.
You can use the links above to find information about any offers accepted in the gifts and hospitality section on their individual profile pages. Alternatively, you can browse the audit reports submitted to Audit Panel committee twice a year (usually March and October).
Other staff
I can confirm that the GLA holds information within the scope of your request.
The GLA keeps a record of gifts/hospitality that has been accepted. There is no requirement to report hospitality that was declined unless it is ‘significant or controversial’ (see policy linked below).
We searched for the term All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC). We located two records in scope of your request that are not already published on our website.
Copies are attached.
We have made some minor redactions. The GLA routinely publishes senior staff records of gifts and hospitality, but we consider that some names and other identifying details of other members of staff are exempt from disclosure under s.40 (Personal information) of the Freedom of Information Act. This information would identify specific employees and as such constitutes personal data which is defined by Article 4(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual. It is considered that disclosure of this information would contravene the first data protection principle under Article 5(1) of GDPR which states that Personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
Further information
The procedures and guidelines for our staff and Members on the receipt of gifts and hospitality can be found on the GLA’s website - Our procedures.
