I, Luke Webster, of the Greater London Authority,  give notice that I have the following Disclosable Pecuniary Interests being of a description specified in the Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012/1464.

1. Details of any employment, office, trade, profession or vocation carried on for profit or gain by me or my partner.

My other remunerated roles are:

• London Treasury Limited, the GLA’s wholly-owned investment management subsidiary, as Managing Director.
• PSF Capital Services Ltd, as non-executive director of various group companies in relation to defined benefit pension scheme transactions, consolidation and related investments, collectively “PSF Capital”.
• As a non-executive director of Global Interconnection Group Limited, a renewable energy company listed on the Euronext Amsterdam exchange.

My partner is a wholesale wine merchant, currently employed by Gusbourne Plc

2. Details of any payment or provision of any other financial benefit (other than from the GLA) made or provided within the last 12 months in respect of any expenses incurred by me in carrying out my duties as a member, or towards my election expenses. (This includes any payment or financial benefit from a trade union).

• London Treasury Limited, of which I am an executive director, provides investment management services to the GLA under an investment management agreement. The annual contract value is agreed with the GLA as part of the GLA’s budget process and is based on cost recovery principles.
• LTLF GP Limited (formerly LSR GP Limited), a subsidiary of London Treasury Limited of which I am a director, is the general partner of the London Treasury Liquidity Fund and is party to a limited partnership agreement with the GLA, entitling LTLF GP Ltd to various fees and charges in respect of managing the partnership.
• PSF Capital Services Ltd, of which I am a director, has a secondment contract in place with London Treasury Limited in respect of my executive assistant.

Details of any contract which is made between (i) a firm or a body corporate that in the securities of which I (or my partner) has a beneficial interest and (ii) the GLA under which (a) goods or services are to be provided or works are to be executed and (b) which has not been fully discharged.

• Joint interest with my partner in a leasehold for a flat in London; by virtue of that lease, membership of the company limited by guarantee which owns the freehold of the property.

5. Details of any licence that entitles me or my partner (alone or jointly with others) to occupy land in Greater London for a month or longer.

• I hold shares and loan notes in CFLDN Group Holdings Limited, which is registered in London and until July 2022 owned a gym business operating from leased commercial property in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, E1.
