Biography
Dianne joined the GLA in July 2024 as Executive Director of Corporate Resources and Business Improvement. Dianne spent 21 years at the Security Industry Authority, a Home Office non-departmental public body. Dianne has a breadth of experience encompassing law enforcement, corporate services, IT and HR transformation.
Dianne is a fellow of the Institute of Personnel Development and has a track record of delivering business improvement and change programmes.
Outside of the GLA, Dianne is a school governor of a special needs school. She is committed to championing diversity and developing talented and capable teams.
Dianne lives in east London with her family.
Responsibilities
Overarching responsibility for business improvement across the organisation to ensure that the GLA is able to support the Mayor and the London Assembly in delivering their ambitions for London and Londoners
Setting the strategic direction for the directorate and ensuring delivery and performance in line with the Mayor’s priorities
Planning and delivery of the GLAs approach to change
Contributing proactively and collaboratively to the Corporate Management Team
Responsible to the Chief Officer for the leadership and performance of the following enabling functions.
- People Function
- Digital Experience Unit
- Facilities Management
- Information Governance
- Executive Support Team
