
Revised Planning Obligations SPD
OPDC’s Board adopted the Revised Planning Obligations SPD on 25th September 2025.
The Revised Planning Obligations SPD provides guidance on the planning obligations which OPDC will secure through Section 106 agreements, which are legal agreements between the local planning authority (in this case OPDC) and a developer, setting out the terms for planning obligations, including how much money is being paid, when and on what.
