Humanity has begun to realise the need for a multidimensional approach to solving our biggest challenges today. It will be no one nation, nor an elite set of leaders nor a single entity nor one industry that solves the challenges ahead but rather a reform of disruptive and inclusive engagement from all of us if we are to really succeed.
Sycomore is a technology platform and social media platform dedicated to finding solutions to environmental and social problems caused by climate change and where the best solutions, voted by the public and experts, get funded by businesses and the public.
This event is hosted by Sycomore’s CEO Aman Khan and lecturer Dr Chiara Minestrelli of the UAL and is designed for students, entrepreneurs/start ups, big brands and social media influencers to be actively engaged with causes intrinsic to each person or entity with a view to finding the most effective solutions.
This event will be in the form of work shops where live demonstrations on how problems can be identified using our phones and communicated to problem solvers across the world and how students, social media influencers and brands can benefit from being part of the journey from narrating awareness of specific problems to the pitching and funding of solutions within the Sycomore community.
The event will start from 11am and finish at 3pm followed by networking reception.
