What is a Wake Up Gig? Our gigs showcase new artists for parents to enjoy live music and the gig experience in a relaxed atmosphere, a parent friendly venue and at parent friendly times. All ages are welcome. Wake Up Gigs is run by Sarada and Adam, with able assistance from their two year old, Edwin.
Nick Mulvey is not only an amazing artist but the timing of this show feels particularly appropriate as he has became a father for the second time only a couple of weeks ago - so is more than familiar with all the joys that come with becoming a parent and the impact it can have on life including experiencing live music.
Nick will be playing a short UK tour in May, including headlining his biggest show so far at the Royal Albert Hall and then a couple of weeks later we are lucky to have him play for us in the intimate surroundings of OMEARA. As if there weren't enough clues that this show was simply meant to be, his most recent album is called Wake Up Now - and we can't wait to welcome him to our stage. Nick will be joined by the fast rising star - ROB.GREEN
