E-Bike Enforcement

The London Fire Brigade (LFB) is currently conducting DBS checks for all employees. Of those completed so far 3% are positive. Can the Mayor please supply information on: 1) the number of employees who have been assessed against the National Fire Chiefs Council Disclosure and Baring Service risk assessment, to determine if a referral to the Professional Standards Unit (PSU) is appropriate; 2) the number of employees who have met the threshold for a referral to the PSU; and 3) the results of PSU processes arising from DBS checks?

A constituent has complained about the very early morning District line trains through Dagenham being overcrowded. Are you able to share details of the passenger loading and whether TfL considers the services to be overcrowded.
