Sites Descriptions
The site is located on the right-hand side of the Lindens, which is a cul-de-sac off Hartington Road, in Chiswick.
It is approximately 0.5 miles to the southwest of Chiswick Railway Station, which is served by regular South Western Railway trains to London Waterloo. The local bus network is accessible from nearby Bolton Road and Clifford Avenue.
The predominant use in the surrounding area is residential, with a number of schools and parks within 1-mile radius of the subject site.
In total, the site is approximately 0.24 acres (0.1 ha) in size and comprises two rows of garages and gravel hardstanding. The site is bound by the rear gardens of two detached houses along Bolton Road to the north. Two flatted blocks and a semi-detached residential property sit to the east and the south of the site, respectively. To the west there is a semi-detached house and the open entrance from the Lindens.
The site is located on Station Approach Road in Chiswick, to the rear of Quintin Court, 18-24 Spencer Road.
It is approximately 0.1 miles to the south of Chiswick Railway Station, which is served by regular South Western Railway trains to London Waterloo. The local bus network is accessible from nearby Burlington Lane, Spencer Road and Bolton Road.
The predominant use in the surrounding area is residential, with several schools and sports grounds within 0.5 miles’ radius of the subject site.
In total, the site is approximately 0.15 acres (0.05 ha) in size and comprises two rows of garages, hardstanding and an electricity substation. The site is bound by the rear garden of a large detached house to the northwest. The eastern site boundary runs alongside Station Approach Road with there residential houses on the opposite side. The flatted block of Quintin Court sits to the southwest of the site.
The site is located off Saint Thomas’ Road in Chiswick, to the rear of houses 21–31 Saint Thomas’ Road (odd numbers).
It is approximately 0.3 miles to the northwest of Chiswick Railway Station, which is served by regular South Western Railway trains to London Waterloo. The local bus network is accessible from nearby Sutton Court Road.
The predominant use in the surrounding area is residential except for the neighbouring Grove Park Primary School. The historic park of Chiswick House & Gardens is within 0.5 miles of the subject site.
In total, the site is approximately 0.15 acres (0.06 ha) in size and comprises three rows of garages and hardstanding. The site is bound by Grove Park Primary School to the northeast. A small section of the southern site boundary runs alongside Saint Thomas’ Road. Two rows of terraced houses sit to the southwest of the site.
