There is no such study or conclusion. TfL is working with Westminster City Council and the West End Partnership to explore a wide range of options for the West End area and for Oxford Street, including partial pedestrianisation.  This work is considering the effectiveness of each option in supporting the growth and prosperity of the West End, including its accessibility for people and freight and also the impact on residents and businesses. The West End Partnership Board, Westminster and TfL will review analysis of options during the course of this year and Westminster and TfL will take forward measures accordingly.
