Mr Mayor, will you ask Sir Stuart Hampson, if you manage to meet him, about the motive behind the sale? When questioned last night at the Planning and Housing Committee, Sir Stuart indicated that the reason it was doing it was it did not want to contravene the Act that set it up because it had to maximise its income. When I asked him why it was that he was not contravening the Act in 2009, 2008, 2007 and 2006 but, magically, in 2010 it is contravening the Act, he said that there had been a review of its property...
