Given that those responsible for racist and sexist behaviour in the force have often been responsible for homophobic behaviour as well, can you outline how homophobia is tackled as part of the programme of initiatives that Toby outlined?

In relation to corruption, racism, homophobia, and other mattes which I have to say are gender-related (we must not forget about the gender issue as well which sometimes does tend to be forgotten about) they will be dealt with with the same rigour that we deal with corruption.
