    In March 2020, the government announced spending of £1bn to remove and replace unsafe non-ACM cladding systems on high-rise residential buildings in England. The GLA is delivering this programme in London. The Fund was previously open for applications between June-July 2020.

  • Private Sector ACM Cladding Remediation Fund

    Summary

    In May 2019, the government announced £200m to remove and replace unsafe aluminium composite material (ACM) cladding systems on high-rise private sector residential buildings in England. The GLA is delivering this programme in London.

    How much you can apply for:

    All reasonable costs for remediation of unsafe ACM cladding on residential buildings over 18m in height (or within the 30cm tolerance) and in private ownership.
