    Summary

    Inclusive Talent Brokerage will fund community-based organisations to increase their job brokerage and placement support for Londoners who are underrepresented in the workforce, such as those in Black and minority ethnic communities. It will also support employers to fill vacant roles with skilled candidates from diverse and underrepresented communities.

    £40,000 to £70,000

    Eligibility

    Voluntary, community and social enterprise sector organisations must have a track record of helping underrepresented Londoners into high-quality employment. For-profits may be considered if they meet the full eligibility criteria and deliver high social impact.
