Housing Delivery Test London 2020-21

The Housing Delivery Test is a measure prescribed by the Government for all Planning Authorities in the United Kingdom.

Measured over 3 years, it assesses the number of additional dwellings delivered in any area taking into account lost dwellings due to demolitions and conversions, and other types of accommodation delivered.

More information about the housing delivery test can be found here - https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/housing-delivery-test

The methodology requires authorities to submit data to Government once a year, which the GLA assist with, and only provides a narrow window for any additional data to be provided as it comes to light.

This web page has been published to assist planning authorities and developers in understanding the most recently available data, rather than waiting for Government to republish the data.
