  1. What is the Mayor doing about the epidemic of cyclists cycling at night without adequate lights/dangerous cycling ?

  5. The MPS’s Cycle Safety Teams and Safer Transport Teams undertake proportionate enforcement of traffic law with cyclists. What is the definition of “proportionate”, and who defines this and defines the implementation, management and analysis of “proportionate enforcement of traffic law."  Can you provide any evidence for “proportionate enforcement of traffic law with cyclists"?  
  6. How does the current Police and Crime Plan relate to the significant increase in cycle journeys in London as a result of COVID-19?

Any communication (in any medium) between any part of the Mayoralty of London and any part of the Metropolitan Police regarding any aspect of issue related to cyclists on London Highways breaking the Highway Code, specifically going through red traffic lights and/or not having both front and rear (working) lights when travelling at night.
