  • Refugee Housing Programme

  • Small Sites Programme

    the Mayor has allocated £900,000 to the programme until 2025, with up to £400,000 available for Rounds 1 and 2 which aims to unlock small, publicly owned sites for residential-led development, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the construction sector.
