What problems were in your school and how did you identify them?
Expectations - children needed to believe in themselves. Parents and staff also needed to believe in their children.
What actions did you take?
*A united staff: -Focused on children within a framework of high expectations and quality first teaching.
*Encouraged children to become independent learners
*Careful monitoring and analysis of academic, social and personal progress
*Swift and early intervention
*Ensured that progress was consistent across the school
*We have developed and held steadfast to 4 Key Policies
*Teaching and Learning
*Behaviour
*Safeguarding
*Performance Management
*We did this by creating an effective learning culture in school; improving the quality of teaching and the quality of learning, which in turn raised standards.
