- Closing the gap regarding gender, disadvantage and English as a first language
- Attendance- tracking, data and monitoring
What actions did you take?
School Improvement Plan addressed all actions. Corresponding actions allocated to key leaders and teams. Whole school approach. Monitoring and tracking at key points in the year and reviewed according to our distributed leadership / all stakeholders kept up to date e.g. SIP newsletter
What were the outcomes?
Improved attendance. Four year upward trend for good level of development in EYFS & KS1. Significant progress / attainment end of KS2
