- Strong dedicated leadership team with a vision for success.
- Quality first teaching.
- Distributed leadership with increased accountability for all staff
- Forensic tracking of pupil data which identifies gaps in learning.
- Targeted interventions and booster lessons.
- Strong parental links through the appointment of a fulltime DSL and Parent Support Worker, collaboration with local colleges and interactive, informative curriculum presentations.
- Investment in the Arts and Music.
- Quality, well researched educational visits to enhance the life experiences of the children and expand their horizons.
- Values education with a strong ethos of learning together as a team.
- Bespoke training for teaching assistants.
