What problems were in your school and how did you identify them?
Leaders and teachers identified that there were a significant number of lower attaining children at the end of KS1 who were not working at the expected level.
What actions did you take?

1:1 and small group tuition before and after school and during Easter
What were the outcomes?
In reading, LPA had a value added score of +5.5 and SEND a value added score of +3.5.
