Mayor of London's Christmas Card Competition 2019
Every year London school children are invited to get creative and take part in the Mayor of London's Christmas card competition.
This year we received over 1,000 entries from schools across London. The Mayor was very impressed with the standard of entries from all ages and the creativity of young Londoners. It made it very hard to pick a winner.
We're now pleased to announce that this year's competition winner is Julia, 13, from St Anne’s Catholic High School for Girls. A card featuring her winning design has been sent to people across the world, including the Queen!
Julia’s prize included a personal Christmas card signed by the Mayor and a £100 gift voucher from Cass Art, the UK's leading art supplies retailer.
Thanks to Cass Art for supporting our competition again. If you'd like to find out how Cass Art could support creativity in your school, please email [email protected].
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year!
