My sculpture is called HELP! It is important that we stop oil spills, throwing rubbish on the beaches and being more mindful to recycle our plastic since it effects the sea creatures.

I drew Panic! Because it is a little bit scary because all this just happened. I also drew this because of the wildlife, there is lots of different types of oils and gasses that could harm the wildlife. The worst thing about the ship is that there was poison and we do not know if the poison leaked out into the sea or if it is still in the container, but if it did leak out it could kill them.
NB Lady was inspired by the shipping incident that happened off the coast of Hull on Monday.

‘The Melt’
The ice sheets are melting and separating! The polar bears are floating away from their homes and cannot mate. Polar bears are starting to mate with grizzly bears and their offspring cannot breed. If all polar bears do this they will go extinct.
If you stand on the footprints the polar bear’s heart will light up blue showing the polar bear’s frozen heart.

This is inspired by the Los Angeles wild fires, there is a pregnant women that is turned away from her partner, they are covered in fire and the baby’s spirit is drifting out of the women’s stomach and theatre smoke would be drifting out of the triangle.

I drew a Robin because it reminds me of my grandma and grandad because we don’t see them very often. Also Robins can be seen as a visit from a loved one that may have died. I called it flight because it brings families and friends together.
