As you rotate, try spotting iconic landmarks like Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, though it might take a strong squint or a friendly pigeon’s guidance. Don't forget to wave at folks down below; they might just think you’re royalty. And while you’re at it, grab a snack at Borough Market, where the only thing more diverse than the food options is the bewildered look on the faces of tourists trying to decide between gourmet cheese and street tacos!
