The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) was established in 2012 and is responsible for managing the physical legacy of the 2012 Olympic Games.
The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) was established in 2015 to deliver a large-scale housing and regeneration project on a 650-hectare site in North West London that would capitalise on HS2 and Crossrail investment at Old Oak Common.
Tomorrow, the Budget and Performance Committee will discuss LLDC and OPDC’s budget plans for 2021/22. With £6.5 million budgeted for OPDC and £263.3 million for LLDC, the Committee will review if these budget plans are in the best interest of Londoners.
