Property Guardianship

Housing Committee

Property Guardianship may be fast growing but it’s a grey area of the housing market. The concept is a way of protecting vacant property by providing accommodation; normally at submarket rent levels, in residential and commercial buildings. The Housing Committee will publish its report and new research into this phenomenon.

Cycling Infrastructure tour

Transport Committee – from 10:00am

As part of its Cycling Infrastructure investigation, the Transport Committee will take to two-wheeled transport for a tour of superhighways and quietways.

The tour will begin in Southwark, take CSH East/West along the Embankment, travel over Westminster Bridge, then towards Waterloo and finish at City Hall.

Devolution of the Adult Education Budget

The Education Committee will discuss the practical implications of the devolution of the adult education budget to the GLA, including how the GLA will manage this budget, the objectives and priorities for the allocation of the funding. The guests are:
