I will ensure this is shared with you once received.” As it is now four months and I have not yet received this information, I assume you have not received it from the Home Office. Could you follow-up this up and request this data again?

Thank you for your answer to my question 2023/3969. With regard to the promised: “note covering the implementation of green infrastructure policies,” could you confirm whether: a) the Urban Greening Factor (UGF) data will relate to CAVAT or canopy cover data, b) this data will disclose and/or highlight discrepancies between positive UGF data where it conflicts with net loss of ‘public welfare’ value or CAVAT valuations, and c) where the note, which in the same answer you said you aimed: “to publish on the GLA website by the end of this financial year,” has been published and, if so, where?

Thank you for your answer to my question 2023/3585, in which you said: “The closing date for responses is not until 28 September, however the GLA is engaging with revenues and business rates leads in London boroughs – who as rating authorities are experts in this area – to develop a response to the various questions asked.” This answer makes no sense given that it was provided on 29 January 2024. Could you therefore supply a copy of your response to the consultation, in response to this question, which I presume was submitted before the deadline of 28 September 2023?

Could you tell me how you, the MPS and TfL will act on the recommendations of this report?
