Employment Rights Hub – coming soon
The Employment Rights Hub helps Londoners to understand their rights at work. We're currently updating the Hub to reflect changes to employment rights, so check back here soon.
Employment rights are changing
From 2026, employment rights in the UK are changing, following the introduction of the Employment Rights Act.
We're currently updating the Employment Rights Hub so that it continues to provide clear, accurate information about these changes.
What the new Employment Rights Hub will offer
When launched, the new Employment Rights Hub will provide clear information about employment rights to help people understand common workplace issues and where to get help if something doesn’t feel right at work. The Hub will include:
- information about key rights, such as pay, leave and wider workplace protections
- support for people in different circumstances, including parents, disabled workers, and migrants
- clear signposting to trusted advice and support.
