FOI - London rent data

I am currently conducting research for the change in rent level in London from 2007 to Now. I noticed that this data is available as a web-based application and only for the last 12 months from the link below:

I would like to request for the comprehensive raw data (i.e. excel format)  of the rent average monthly private sector rents for different types of home across London from 2007 and 2019.
