How’s it going at the Royal Docks?
- The Royal Docks is one of London’s largest regeneration and investment opportunities at the centre of an expanding east London region. This has the potential to be a new business and visitor destination with approximately £5 billion worth of investment planned over the next 20 years delivering up to 38,600 new homes, 55,000 new jobs and up to 4 million square feet of commercial space.
- However, formal meetings of the Board were not held from July 2023 to July 2025 due to lack of quorum followed by a pause to re-establish the board and recruit Board members.
Have key decisions been adequately approved and documented and any actions identified fully addressed?
