- What was the overall cost to City Hall of the trip for the Mayor and all of his staff, inclusive of travel, accommodation, subsistence, expenses etc? If not all of the costs have been calculated yet then please provide details of those that have been.
- How many people accompanied the Mayor and what were their titles ie 1 chief of staff, 2 press officers, 3 security guards etc
- Which hotels did the Mayor stay in and what was the cost for each stay?
- Which restaurants did they Mayor eat in and what was the cost for each meal?
- Please supply a copy of his diary for the trip or a list of meetings he had or hospitality received
- Did the Mayor receive any donations or contributions from anyone - business people or politicians or charities etc, either in the UK or US - towards the cost of the trip? If so please provide details.
