Summary of request
I am writing to request documents under the Freedom of Information and Environmental Information Regulations.
I would like to see all correspondence (electronic and written and including attachments) between 1 April 2017 and 30 June 2017 inclusive between the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) and the following individuals at City Hall:
- the mayor
- the mayor's political and strategy team
- the mayor's advisors
- staff within the GLA that work specifically on air pollution.
I would also like to see details of any meetings between City Hall and SMMT, including the following:
- date and location
- people in attendance
- agendas
- minutes
- briefing notes
If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the Act. I will also expect you to release all non-exempt material. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to charge excessive fees.
