2. LEAP documentation provided to the GLA about the same topic. LEAP are cited in Camden's Queen's Crescent publicity as a contributor to the work.
LEAP was London’s Local Enterprise Partnership, responsible for awarding and monitoring Local Growth Funds allocated to London by central government. LEAP operated entirely through its accountable body, the GLA. It had no separate staff, neither did it hold documents separately to the GLA.
LEAP decisions were taken by a Board, chaired by the Mayor of London and including local authority and independent business members, and by committees of that Board - in this case, the LEAP Investment Committee.
Documents provided to the LEAP Board and committees for decision, including those linked below, were generated by GLA officers and held within GLA systems.
Decisions of the LEAP Board and its committees were in-principal only. They were implemented via the GLA’s formal decision-making processes and contracts were managed by GLA staff.
There are no private minutes for that particular item.
3. The economic baseline survey work for Queen's Crescent which Camden Council shared with the GLA in relation to the 2018 Good Growth funding.
All documents provided in support of the GGF application have been shared in response to Question 1.
