Please could you provide the most recent information on the total number of private sector applications within London to the fund and also provide the latest data on the following statuses for London:

  2. Number of registrations ineligible for the fund.
  3. Number of registrations withdrawn.
  4. Number of applications with insufficient evidence to verify eligibility.
  5. Number of applications whose eligibility is currently being reviewed.

The latest information on registrations and applications to the Building Safety Fund is published on the government’s website.

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) assess the initial eligibility for the Building Safety Fund then pass technically eligible applications to the GLA to start a funding application.

The GLA is administering the Building Safety Fund on behalf of DLUHC and does not set deadlines or targets for the processing of individual cases.
