This request refers to a London Borough of Southwark planning application 19/AP/1867 - GLA application 2022/0088/S2.
The GLA responded by email on 14 February 2022 to a communication from Southwark Planning dated 2 February 2022 informing the London Mayor that the local planning authority was minded to grant planning permission for the above planning application.
At paragraph 15, the GLA response listed the ‘objecting’ public representations to
the Mayor which included the negative impact of the health in the community.
Please provide a list of concerns that were raised as having a negative health impact of the health in the community.
At paragraph 10, the GLA response listed the neighbourhood reasons for
objection. Under the heading of Sustainable development. ‘Air/ noise / light pollution’
were cited. Please provide a breakdown of the objections in relation air and noise, so what were the basis of the objections.

Information that identifies specific individuals constitutes as personal data which is defined by Article 4(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual.
It is considered that disclosure of this information would contravene the first data protection principle under Article 5(1) of GDPR which states that personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
With regard to the air, noise and light pollution representations which were made to the LPA as part of their consultation, these are available on their website.
