You requested:

Over the last three financial years, looking at the number of cases where an allegation of gross misconduct has been made against a *permanent member of GLA staff or a member of staff on a fixed term contract, (i) What has/have been the reason(s) given for the allegation? (ii) What types of actions and/or behaviours by GLA staff have been considered to merit an allegation of gross misconduct?; (iii) in which of these cases has the allegation of gross misconduct been upheld?

Please provide the information in a table (see below) setting out each case as a number where an allegation of gross misconduct has been made, identifying the reason(s) for the allegation i.e. making reference to breach of relevant GLA policies, Code of Conduct/Ethics etc; the actions and behaviours in which the GLA member of staff has been alleged to have engaged in, and if the case for gross misconduct was upheld.
