The GLA does not own any housing stock, either directly, through an ALMO, or a wholly owned housing company.

Affordable housing is one of Londoners’ key priorities, and communications plays a key role in helping signpost Londoners to support and advice.
Within the Housing and Land directorate, the GLA has 1.2FTE Communications Post. This is funded using a combination of GLA reserves ring-fenced for housing delivery and recharges to the GLA Land and Property Ltd (GLAP) as some of the communication activities relate to projects managed by GLAP.
Teams within the GLA’s External Relations directorate may also provide communications support. However, this centralised resource is used flexibly across priorities and the GLA does not log numbers of staff / hours spent on housing communications. Our duty to keep Londoners informed and engaged is referred to here - MD3152 GLA Marketing Budget 2023-24 . These posts are funded by GLA core budget.
The GLA does not have a housing revenue account.
