- The GLA does not collect information on site ownership
- The GLA’s affordable housing programmes provide homes for a range of different tenure types. Information about those tenures, alongside details of how many homes were completed for each tenure each year are available on the GLA website: Affordable Housing statistics | London City Hall
- a) The GLA does not collect information on whether homes will be for key worker allocations. b) Details of number of bedrooms in homes approved for funding and completed under the Mayor’s Affordable Homes Programmes are available on GLA website: Affordable Housing statistics | London City Hall
- The GLA does not collect information on greenfield or brownfield sites, however the majority of development in London will be on brownfield sites.
- The GLA does not collect information on when sites approved for funding in the Affordable Homes Programmes will be brought to market. These timeframes will be determined locally by our investment partners in order to ensure homes are delivered within the timeframes for the programmes in which they are funded.
